Artist's Comments

Yeah - so I decided to make an attempt at a full-page prismacolor for once :). So far so good!

I'm really pleased (ok, downright excited) with how the horse turned out. I've been working on this for the last two weeks, and I finally got the chance to finish (thanks to be stuck at home with the flu :XD:).

Anyway, I'm not big on the background. I just went off the one from the original (didn't feel like spending too much time on one :XD:). I might resketch this at a later time. . Anyway, This is the first of MANY to come :D.

Materials: Prismacolors and regular sketch paper.
Reference: A photo from The American Paint Horse: A Photographic Portrayal.
Time Spent: I lost track again :XD:. Prolly about 15 hours or so .
